Broken - Sherlock x Reader (Chapter Two)You’d fallen asleep after about an hour and Sherlock stayed awake, silently seething at himself. He should have told you, or taken you with him: or anything. Anything was better that this, than Mycroft.
He wasn’t sure when you woke up, but when he looked down at you again your eyes were open, staring at nothing.
‘What was the reason that brought you back?’ you asked, playing with the collar on his shirt.
Half his mouth pulled up into small smile, but his eyes were sad.
‘There’s a bomb threat on London, Mycroft summoned me,’ he said hesitantly, not really wanting to mention Mycroft again.
‘I’m still angry at you,’ you told him, but pulling yourself closer to him.
‘I know,’ he smiled and kissed your hair.
You heard your phone buzz across the room and you stood to retrieve it. You could feel Sherlock’s inquisitive gaze on your back.
When you simply replied and put it away again, Sherlock sighed.
‘It was My
Lost Cause - Sherlock x Reader - Chapter OneSherlock watched the mysterious girl with curious eyes.
She was nervous from what he could tell; she clung onto the strap of her backpack tightly, afraid to let it go.
She stood close to John, dragging along a small black suitcase. She obviously hadn't travelled very far with very few items.
Sherlock settled his violin down next to his chair before rising from his seat.
"Sherlock, this is my cousin (Y/N)." John introduced.
"So you're the great Sherlock Holmes, it's nice to meet you." She smile sweetly.
He tried his best to smile at her while his eyes deduced every little thing about her. From the way her hair was pulled back into a frantic and rather clumsy ponytail that was soaked by the rain to the faint red marks around her eyes indicating that she had been crying not to long ago.
"Stop looking at her like that Sherlock." John told him off. He picked up her black suitcase and settled it down on the couch. She finally released the the strap of her bag, allowing it to fall from her sh
Loki x Reader: Unwanted Endeavors ~ Part 24 ~"_________?"
"Shhh. I think she's waking up."
"I wonder if there's any female nurses around here~"
"Shut up Tony."
There were two things that went through your head when you heard this little exchange. One, weren't you dead? Second, if you weren't dead, then who were the people in the same room as you?
"______, can you hear me?"
"Hey, sweetheart? Do us all a favor and wake up."
"Do you think she can hear us?"
A searing pain ripped through your chest as you tried to come to consciousness. You winced and shifted slightly, trying to make the pain subside.
"Woah, hey, guys. Give the lady some room."
"I can give her A room~"
"Hey guys...she's waking up."
You pried your eyes open just a bit, then immediately shut them again. The brightness in the room made your retinas sting. You feebly placed an arm over your eyes to shield them. Stiff joints began to pop as you moved your arm.
There was a quick scrambling and a somewhat loud crash as you moved.
Loki x Reader: Unwanted Endeavors ~ Part 10 ~You learned from Loki that the entire Dark Elves Camp stretched on for about a mile. It could be compared to a circle, with separate family encampments stretching on forever. Familiar families often camped near to each other, and sometimes even shared a cooking tent. Each family had a tent to about every two people, a campfire that served as a gathering space, not to mention an extra tent for cooking and whatnot. Each family had it's own livestock, which wandered nearby with other familys' livestock that was close by. All of the family camps were centered around a large, very large clearing that was used for dancing, celebration, etc'. Nearby to this clearing was a luxurious, posh tent for the Val'istar and his court. There were tents for healers, blacksmiths, vendors, as well as guilds located near the Va'listar's tent.
Loki dragged you from one of the healer's tents in which you had been sleeping and past countless vendor tents towards the Val'istar's tent,
Lost Cause - Sherlock x Reader - PrologueThe sudden ring of the doorbell disturbed the calm and roughly normal atmosphere at 221 B Baker Street.
John looked up at Sherlock in confusion and received a contemplating glance from the consulting detective as he plucked the strings on the violin.
"It was less than 9 seconds." He pointed out. "Seems urgent."
"I don't think it would be a client." John sighed, pushing himself out of his chair with a grunt.
"How do you know?"
He shrugged. "I don't know, clients normally ring it for less than a few seconds."
"If it was Mycroft he would waltzed right in here like the-"
"Enough Sherlock." John exited the apartment and jogged down the stairs. Mrs Hudson was slowly making her way to the door, an apron tied around her waist.
"It's alright Mrs Hudson I've got it."
The elderly woman jumped at his voice.
"Oh John you scared the life out of me. Is it a client?" She asked, wiping her flour covered hands on her apron.
John shook his head. "I'm not sure who it is. You just go back to your apartment
Loki x Reader : Unwanted Endeavors ~ Part 18 ~You didn't get another chance to see Loki after that. You didn't want to arouse suspicions by continuing to both Sif and Odin to let you visit the demigod, so instead you were stuck on Asgard healing your wound. During that time, you often visited Sif, Hogun, Fandrall and Volstagg, and sometimes accompanied them to their training and sparring. You were introduced to Frigga, and you two soon became fast friends. You two often spent long periods of time together talking about Earth and Asgard. Frigga and Odin became like grandparents to you, and you were sad to leave them when it was finally time to return to Earth.
After a week, you were declared to be fully healed, and had your stitches removed. It was then that it was decided that You, Sif, and the warriors three would return to Earth. Now that you were back, Jane and Thor's wedding plans could go on without delay.
Yet, as the golden city vanished from sight, you could only think of one thing: Loki's promise to you.
"I will come fo
