Heather and myself as Doctor Insano and the Nurse on the first day of ShadoCon. As we've only heard Insano refer to the Nurse, but never seen her, Heather thought it would be funny to put together a sexy nurse costume but completely ruin the sexiness by wearing matching goggles and also speaking with that annoying, screaming voice. It was priceless.
Fun Fact: I was only intending to be Doctor Insano on Friday, but after successfully pranking Doug Walker both in his first panel (of which I'm sure you'll find videos on YouTube as several people were recording it) and at the autograph signing, I became somewhat of a local hero with people requesting more and more Insano silliness. Doing that voice for three days straight destroyed my throat, but it was worth it. I was honestly worried that I was becoming a nuisance to Doug and apologized to him for being such a pain. He responded "Are you kidding? You're awesome! This is the funniest con I've ever been to!" I smile.
Another Fun Fact: I'd given up hope on finding "Son of Insano" as I had no clue what the actual toys are called and there's a million copycat knockoffs these days. Then we found a bunch of them lying around Target a week in advance. Providence smiles upon my stupid hobbies.
